If the toolbar is missing, then your eVSM session has not started properly and you will not be able to use any of the eVSM functions. In this event, please check ALL of the following.

1. Check that the eVSMIcons stencil is present in the stencil stack on the left or the right.

1. Verify that your license is Current

To check your license status, click Start > Programs > eVSM Software > About eVSM.... This will open the following dialog box.

1. Make sure the eVSM Toolbar is not switched off

To check, right-click on the Visio toolbars and display the following list. In this list, if you see "eVSM Toolbar", make sure it is checked.

To check, right-click on the Visio toolbars and display the following list. In this list, if you see "eVSM Toolbar", make sure it is checked.

Visio 2003

Click the Help tab and select About. You can find the version number in the dialog box.

Visio 2007

Click the Microsoft Office Button in the top left corner and select Options. Then select Resources and you will find the version number.

Visio 2010

Click the File tab in the top left corner and then click the Help option. The version number will be listed on the right.
