Software Return Policy
The licensee (customer) is responsible for making sure the software will work in their environment. To facilitate this ahead of a purchase, fully functional but time-limited trial versions of the software products are made available along with supporting documentation and technical support. The software once purchased is non-returnable.

How to Un-install eVSM in v5
1. Open the Control Panel from the Windows Start menus. Double click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
2. Select the eVSM program to remove, and then click the Remove button.
3. Click Yes on the following Pop-up.
What to do if the Activation Key is Rejected in v6
1. Try entering the Key with these steps:
a) Exit Visio if running.
b) In the Windows Start menu, click "Start>Programs>eVSM Software>About eVSM"
c) Click the Activate License button and enter the activation key.

What to do if the Activation Key is Rejected in v7
1. Make sure the Activation Key is for the right machine.
The eVSM license is hardware locked, so each purchased license can run on one machine only. The activation key assigned for a specific machine will work only on that machine. The activation key is locked to your machine's Hardware ID number, which can be viewed by clicking "Start>Programs>eVSM Software>Get Hardware ID ". You will see a dialog box similar to this:
