• The Mix Transactional VSM application is designed to increase the speed of each step in the improvement cycle (shown on the right), the quality of the improvement ideas generated, and clarity of the report out with current state, future state, and the implementation plan.
• The application supports key transactional mapping concepts such as decisions, parallel work, loop-backs, re-work, critical path, etc.
