eVSM Reseller Support

Reseller and purchasing companies may purchase eVSM products on behalf of their customers. There is no separate reseller program, so no reseller discount. Standard pricing (as shown at https://evsm.com/shop) applies. Here is information resellers may need.

The new eVSM Mix product, sold only as a site license, may also be sold by resellers. The process for purchasing this is:

  1. Request a quote at https://evsm.com/request-quote
  2. Return a signed copy of the quote to support@evsm.com. The quote must be signed by the customer to confirm total employee count and to confirm the license will be restricted to the site it is purchased for.
  3. Send a purchase order to support@evsm.com
  4. The eVSM office will process the order within 24 hours and send an invoice. License details will be issued upon receipt of payment.

Maintenance:New License price includes 1 year of maintenance (free Updates, including major new releases, and Support). Maintenance renewal is not automatic. Renewal reminders are sent a few weeks before expiry date.
Volume Discounts:Volume discount is available on new license purchases of eVSM Standard only. Does not apply to eVSM Mix. 10% discount for single orders of 10 or more licenses, and 20% for single orders of 50 or more licenses.
Reseller Discount:Resellers may purchase eVSM Software products on behalf of their customers at our standard pricing. There are no reseller discounts available.
Payment Terms:Delivery is initiated after payment is received in full. For bank wire transfers, we must receive payment in full. Any wire transfer fees must be covered by the customer.
Payment Method:

Credit card, PO, Wire Transfer, or USA Bank check.

Delivery:
  • ESD (electronic software delivery). Instructions are sent via Email.
  • The purchase system allows for an end-user Email address and a buyer Email address. The end-user Email receives the product information. The buyer receives the product and the billing information.
Lead time:Delivery is immediate if purchased with credit card at https://www.evsm.com/shop. 
On purchase orders, lead time is 1-3 days.
