workshop in which participants learn how to draw maps with
the eVSM software, how to perform analysis on these maps,
and how to use eVSM to manage the value stream.
- eVSM Workshop for Lean Healthcare - Workshop based
around the common "Patient-to-Bed" problem. Attendees
learn how to use eVSM and apply value stream mapping techniques
to the Healthcare environment.
- eVSM Workshop for Lean Services - This workshop
uses a Helpdesk process to clearly illustrate the use of
lean value stream mapping techniques and the eVSM Software
in office and services processes.
