eKaizen™ add-on for eVSM
eKaizen is an add-on to the eVSM (electronic value stream mapping) software.
The combined capability allows lean practitioners to:
- Draw, Analyze and Communicate Value Stream Maps
- Append a Visual eBook to a value stream map to hold related information (timeline,
goals, budgets, ideas, issues..).
- Create separate Visual eBook’s for each improvement activity (Kaizen) that
take a current state map to a future state map.
- Create eBook’s for operational, quality and training materials tied to stability
of the value stream.
The benefit to Lean practitioners is a “Visual Net” that helps practitioners
develop, think through, connect, and effectively communicate any aspect of a value
stream.
